Double Yolkers

We love a good egg, especially one made by happy chickens in our backyards!

Here is Paul with the girls, Pecker and Tuk Tuk, helping with the weeding.

And here he is having a bit of a catch-up with one of them!

After a time our chickens began laying some rather large eggs, which turned out to be double yolkers.  Hooray!



We became rather excited...

It made cooking rather fun...

And eating them was also a bit of an adventure!

Paul took a video of some of the eggs, the chickens had really begun to outdo themselves.

We then looked on Youtube to see what other double yolker experiences were out there and found this fantastically exciting video (in the world of double yolkers)!

Our excitment knew no bounds.  In fact we were so inspired, that we named our third album after all our double yolker fun and games.
